Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak shopping seasons, sales, or festivals, processing times may extend up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we meticulously quality-check and securely pack each piece of handcrafted silver jewellery.

We charge shipping fees based on your total order value and selected payment method.

Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your package is handed over to our logistics partner, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities4 to 6 business daysState capitals and major towns.

Delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, government regulations, national holidays, local disruptions, or logistics peak periods.

Our system automatically assigns the most efficient courier based on serviceability, speed, and reliability for your specific pin code.
How to Track Your Order
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and an SMS containing:
- Name of the courier partner
- AWB / Tracking number
- A direct click-to-track tracking link
Tracking details typically take 24 hours to become active on the courier portal after dispatch. You can also view live tracking updates by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders tab.
Packaging & Damaged Shipments
Every Riga Silver piece is packaged in a secure, tamper-proof outer envelope, containing a premium anti-tarnish box/pouch to prevent scratches and chemical exposure during transit.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, torn, or tampered with:
- Do not accept the delivery from the courier agent.
- Take photos of the damaged packaging before rejecting it.

⚠️ Crucial Policy: 360-Degree Unboxing Video Required
To protect against transit thefts and claims of missing items, we strictly require a continuous, uncut 360-degree unboxing video starting from the outer sealed packaging showing the shipping label, up until the product is fully unpacked.
Incorrect Addresses & Non-Delivery
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details, PIN code, and mobile number before placing your order.
If a shipment is returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient after 3 attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship returned packages.
International Shipping
Currently, Riga Silver ships within India only.
