Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and order confirmation from Riga Silver. In case of payment failure, interrupted transactions, duplicate charges, or technical errors, users may contact us for assistance and eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay and fulfil your order as soon as the situation permits. If fulfilment becomes impossible, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
